APNIC continued to progress its resource delegation review program in Q2 2026.  The primary activity of the program is to review all IPv4 resource delegations and transfers made by each NIR and APNIC over a 10-year period to ensure compliance is being maintained with address policy.

The data analysis of TWNIC and KRNIC’s delegations and transfers has been fully completed, with minor queries and clarifications which were resolved. TWNIC and KRNIC join JPNIC as having their reviews completed.

APNIC continues to work closely with VNNIC and IDNIC to evaluate their delegation review results.

VNNIC is seeking additional information from some account holders and responses on the remainder of the data is being provided to APNIC to review.  APNIC is currently progressing its verification of APJII’s evaluation of the IDNIC delegation results.

The initial data reviews for IRINN and CNNIC are in progress, with the results expected to be communicated to those NIRs in Q3 2026.  The analysis of APNIC’s own registry data will also begin in Q3.

Information about the resource delegation review program is stored on a dedicated web page.  The next update to the community will be provided at APNIC 62 in September.
