Haisheng Yu

Haisheng Yu, Ph.D., is Deputy Director of the Industry Development Department at CNNIC and Chair of the IEEE Blockchain Association Guangzhou/Macau Chapter. He is a Senior Member of IEEE and the China Computer Federation. His research focuses on IPv6, DNS, artificial intelligence, and blockchain. He has contributed to more than 40 international and national standards and published over 30 SCI- and EI-indexed papers.
