The 2024 APNIC Survey will be held from 12 June to 5 July 2024.

Commissioned by the APNIC Executive Council, the survey is conducted every two years and helps APNIC understand the needs and wishes of its Members and those who use APNIC services.

This year, APNIC Members and account holders will receive a personalized invitation to participate from Survey Matters, an independent research agency that has been engaged to conduct the survey on behalf of APNIC.

A survey invitation email will be sent to Members and account holders by Survey Matters on behalf of APNIC and will come from support@surveymatters.com.au. To ensure you receive the email please add this email address to your list of safe senders.

Stakeholders and members of the global community are invited to take the stakeholder version of the survey, which will open 19 June and will be linked here.

The survey is anonymous and no identifying information will be made available to APNIC.

In addition to English, the survey will also be available in ten other languages. Visit this webpage for more information.

Your feedback is extremely valuable. APNIC acts on the results and your feedback will help improve services and contribute to future planning.

You could win a prize!

Complete the survey for a chance to win one of seven eGift cards! There are three prize draws with the following prizes:

  • Three eGift cards worth USD 350
  • Two eGift cards worth USD 200
  • Two eGift cards worth USD 100

The earlier you finish the survey, the better your chances of winning.

Finish the survey for Members and account holders by June 19, 2024, at 11:59 PM (UTC +10) to be eligible for the early-bird prize draw, which includes one of the USD 350 eGift cards.

Thank you for your continued support of APNIC.
