APNIC participated in the 2021 DNS and Internet Naming Research Directions (DINR 2021) Virtual Workshop, held online from 16 to 17 November 2021.
The workshop was held to discuss the current DNS and Internet naming research landscape, in particular, issues that need to be resolved and tools that could help.
- Geoff Huston gave a presentation on passive versus active measurements in the DNS, on some interesting behaviours in the DNS, and whether observational behaviour in the DNS has an influence on observed behaviour in the DNS.
