APNIC participated at the Cisco-Ecole Polytechnique Networking Innovation and Research Symposium held in Paris, France from 7 to 8 March 2016.

Hosted by Cisco and Ecole Polytechnique (EP), the symposium invited technical and academic experts from around the world to present on topics related to the development, deployment, and evolution of Internet Protocols.

APNIC activities included:

  • George Michaelson delivered the morning keynote presentation on the second day of the symposium, presenting on APNIC Labs’ mechanism for weighting research data. EP students helped inform the measurement process and the keynote gave recognition to the intern program organized by Mark Handley (Cisco) and EP.
