The APNIC Executive Council (EC) invites you to attend the Annual General Meeting (AGM) at APNIC 53, held online as part of APRICOT 2022.

The AGM is the forum for discussions about APNIC’s operations and activities. Remote participation is available. Visit the conference website for the full agenda.

Voting in the EC election 2022

Member voting for the APNIC EC election opens today, Thursday, 17 February 2022 until 14:00 (UTC +8), Thursday, 3 March 2022.
 
By default, APNIC Corporate Contacts and Contacts with voting rights can vote in the election. Please be aware, you may not change or withdraw your vote, or appoint a proxy, after your vote has been submitted.

To vote, login to MyAPNIC using two-factor authentication and click the ‘Vote Now’ link on the dashboard. This will give you access to the BigPulse voting interface.

Alternatively, APNIC Corporate Contacts can appoint a proxy to vote on their behalf. Please note, if a proxy is appointed, the Member’s Corporate Contacts will lose the right to vote directly for the APNIC EC election.

Proxy appointment also opens today, Wednesday, 17 February 2021 and closes on Tuesday, 1 March 2022 at 11:00 (UTC +8). 

Individuals who are appointed as proxies will receive email notification of their appointment and will be able to vote online via MyAPNIC during the AGM on Thursday, 3 March 2021 from 11:00 to 14:00 (UTC +8).
