The 2021 MANRS (Mutually Agreed Norms for Routing Security) Fellowship Program is now accepting applications.
The MANRS Fellowship Program presents an opportunity for motivated individuals to impact global routing security. Successful Fellows will bring new perspectives, innovative ideas, and recent research experience, upskilling in an expert-led and diverse environment.
Fellows work with Ambassadors. Together, they will train diverse communities on good routing practices, analyse routing incidents, research ways to secure routing, and survey the global policy landscape.
You can read more about the experience of the 2020 MANRS Fellows.
MANRS Fellowships are offered in three different areas: training, research, and policy — each with its own requirements. Each selected Fellow will receive a stipend of USD 750 a month. Applicants can apply for more than one category but will only be selected for one.
