APNIC participated at ConnecTechAsia 2019 from 18 to 20 June 2019 in Singapore.
ConnectTechAsia 2019 attracted more than 40,000 attendees and brought together BroadcastAsia, CommunicAsia and NXTAsia into one event to showcase communication, enterprise, and broadcast technologies. Themes included: Shaping Future Societies, the Future of Work, the Future of Cities and Economies and the Future of Connectivity.
APNIC activities:
- APNIC hosted an information booth and welcomed visitors interested in APNIC membership, acquiring IP addresses and the APNIC 48 conference in Chiang Mai, Thailand (5 to 12 September 2019).
- APNIC staff also met with many current APNIC Members to discuss their membership and IP address needs, the APNIC Policy Development Process and new policy implementations.

- Jamie Gillespie participated as a panellist in ‘The Cyber Challenge – Critical Information Protection, Network Security and Cybersecurity at the Future of Connectivity’ track.
