APNIC participated at the 2019 Philippines Network Operators Group (PhNOG 2019) in Cebu, Philippines from 4 to 8 March 2019.

The event welcomed 200 participants to hear about topics including peering, DDoS, IPv6 transition and network monitoring.

APNIC activities:

  • Anna Mulingbayan gave an update of APNIC’s activities and new service initiatives.

  • At the IP Peering Forum, Sheryl (Shane) Hermoso, presented on RPKI and how to deploy it.

  • Shane also conducted BGP 101 training for 33 participants and the DNSSEC Workshop for around 40 participants.
  • Anna met with current and new APNIC Members to discuss their IP address and membership requirements.
