It’s been four months since we first presented a Services Roadmap to APNIC Members at the APNIC 38 in Brisbane, and I am very happy to let you know we are on track in delivering these service improvements to you. In fact, some of them have been recently made available.

You can now provide feedback for MyAPNIC quickly via a feedback tab when you are on the site. This is part of the “Instant feedback system” implementation that you will see more of throughout 2015.

Also available is the feature of faster contact update for your IP addresses. Whenever there is a contact change, you can update it in APNIC Whois Database immediately using MyAPNIC. You no longer need to make a request for update.

Soon, you will hear from us more information on the rest of the Roadmap. I’ll present a detailed report in March during APRICOT/APNIC39. At the same time, I will also share a new Roadmap with you.  I invite you to participate and tell us your feedback either at the meeting or through Helpdesk.

We are always looking for ways to add value and quality in the service you receive and we are very excited about delivering the best service experience possible for you in 2015.
