Registration for the APRICOT 2027 Summit, being held from 24 February to 4 March 2027 in Hong Kong SAR, China, is now open. The APRICOT Summit is widely recognized for its high-quality technical program and for bringing together Internet leaders from across the Asia Pacific region and around the world to share their insights on current and emerging trends in Internet operations.
APNIC warmly invites Members and the Internet community to take part in APRICOT 2027.
All registrations and payments completed on or before 15 November 2026 receive the early bird rate.
Early bird registration
You can register for the APRICOT MasterClass or APNIC Academy training, and the conference. The earlier you register, the less it costs.
- Early bird, on or before 15 November 2026: USD 300 for the MasterClass or APNIC Academy training, USD 300 for the conference. The same rate applies to everyone who registers during the early bird period.
- Standard, 16 November 2026 to 6 February 2027 inclusive: APNIC and the Asia Pacific Network Operators Group (APNOG) Members pay USD 300 for the MasterClass or APNIC Academy training and USD 350 for the conference, standard registration is USD 400 (training) and USD 500 (conference).
- Last minute, from 7 February 2027: USD 350 (training) and USD 490 (conference) for APNIC and APNOG Members, and USD 500 and USD 700 for everyone else.
- Social events: The Opening and Closing Social events are free for all in-person paid delegates, subject to venue capacity limits. The APRICOT Peering Social is free for Peering Forum participants, subject to venue capacity limits.
Registration for the APRICOT MasterClass and APNIC Academy training closes on 12 February 2027, or when classes are filled, whichever comes first. The full fee schedule and payment terms are on the APRICOT 2027 registration page.
Discount for APNIC Members continues
APNIC Members continue to receive a 30% discount on conference registration from the standard rate. From 16 November 2026, Members enjoy a saving of USD 150 on the standard conference fee, and USD 210 at the last-minute rate.
The discount began with APRICOT 2026 and applies from that event onwards. The discount is intended to keep participation broad; APNOG members receive the same rate.
MasterClasses and APNIC Academy Training
The APRICOT MasterClasses and APNIC Academy Training take place from 24 to 26 February 2027 at the Hong Kong Productivity Council headquarters in Kowloon. These are in-person classes and often sell out well before the registration closing date, so we recommend registering early.
Partner meetings, conference and AGM
The rest of the summit will take place at the Hopewell Hotel in Wan Chai. Partner meetings are held on 27 and 28 February 2027. The conference runs from 1 to 3 March 2027, and the APNIC Annual General Meeting (AGM) takes place on Thursday, 4 March 2027. AGM registration is free, and on-site registration for the AGM opens at 09:00 (UTC +8) on 4 March 2027.
Submit a paper
The Call for Presentations is open until 25 January 2027. Most speaking slots fill well before that deadline, so it is worthwhile submitting early. Visit the conference website for important information on topic suggestions, and submission instructions and guidelines.
