
APNIC supported and participated in npNOG 11, held in Kathmandu, Nepal from 15 to 20 June 2025.
The event welcomed 192 participants for five days of workshops and the conference day. The program featured presentations from local and regional industry experts on topics including routing, network security, DNS, and much more.
APNIC activities:
- Dave Phelan presented on ‘The Internet – By the numbers’ where he explored stats on IPv6 and RPKI deployment and Internet security at a global, regional and local (Nepal) level.
- Dave, APNIC Community Trainer, Rupesh Basnet, and a local supporting trainer, Sailesh Shrestha, conducted a four-day Network Automation Workshop for 18 participants.
