
APNIC supported and participated in NZNOG 2025, held in Napier, New Zealand from 9 to 11 April 2025.
The event welcomed 198 participants who engaged in discussions on a wide range of topics, including artificial intelligence, network infrastructure, DNS/DNSSEC, and more. View the program for more information.
APNIC activities:
- Terry Sweetser presented an update on APNIC’s activities and shared New Zealand’s latest deployment stats on IPv6, RPKI and DNSSEC.
- Geoff Huston presented on ‘DNS Revolvers and Nameservers in New Zealand’.
- APNIC supported the Inaugural IAASysters New Zealand workshop the day before the conference. Sam Douglas attended as a participant.
