APNIC participated in Telecoms World Asia 2023, in Bangkok, Thailand from 15 to 16 November 2023.
The event welcomed 1,407 attendees and 120 sponsors and exhibitors to share information on the trends shaping telecommunications, such as 5G, cybersecurity, and digital transformation.
APNIC activities:
- APNIC hosted a booth to welcome several visitors, including APNIC Members, and answered their questions on training opportunities, the referral application process, new Internet number resource requests, and IPv6 deployment.
- Pubudu Jayashinghe participated as a panellist in a discussion about cybersecurity, sharing information about BGP and routing security.
- Pubudu and Anna Mulingbayan visited several APNIC Members to discuss IPv6 deployment, share information about APNIC Products such as DASH, and promote APRICOT 2024, which is also being held in Bangkok from 21 February to March 2024.
