APNIC supported and participated in Peering Asia 4.0, held from 2 to 3 November 2022 in Bangkok, Thailand.
The event welcomed around 270 participants to hear from speakers on topics including BGP security, Internet operations in Thailand, RPKI and ROAs for Internet Exchange Points (IXPs), and more. For more information view the agenda.
The goal of Peering Asia is to promote peering and interconnection throughout the Asia Pacific region. Participants also introduced themselves and their networks during the Peering Personal sessions.
APNIC activities:
- Tohid Naslpak hosted a booth at the event answering participant questions, including how to get more IPv4 addresses.
