APNIC participated at CommunicAsia 2022, held as part of Asia Tech x Singapore, from 1 to 3 June 2022 in Singapore.
The three-day event welcomed 16,000 visitors, hosted 600 exhibitors, and had 350 speakers share their insights on the trends shaping the digital economy.
APNIC activities:
- Geoff Huston spoke about the current status of IPv6 in the Asia Pacific region and what the future holds at the IPv6 Enhanced Summit, which was held alongside Asia Tech X Singapore for the first time.
- Anna Mulingbayan also presented on IPv6 adoption in the Asia Pacific region, focusing on the state of global end-user readiness, what APNIC can do to measure end-user readiness, and IPv6 deployment success stories from various economies in the region.
- APNIC staff also hosted a booth, answering visitor questions on IP resources, APNIC membership, and IPv4 transfers.
