APNIC proudly supported and participated in the Asia Pacific School of Internet Governance 2020 (APSIG 2020), held online from 21 to 28 November 2020.
The event welcomed 128 participants to hear from speakers on topics including: the Internet governance landscape and ecosystem; access, gender and the digital divide; and cybersecurity.
APNIC activities:
- Sunny Chendi presented on core Internet technologies.
- Joyce Chen moderated the session on ‘Internet Governance Landscape & Ecosystem’. This session featured four guest speakers who spoke about their journeys and experiences in Internet governance: Afifa Abbas (APNIC alumni); Bronwyn Mercer; Jaewon Son (APNIC alumni); and Manju Chen.
- Sunny is also a member of the Program Committee and Virtual Committee.
