APNIC participated at the Singapore International Cyber Week (SICW) 2019 in Singapore from 1 to 3 October 2019.
SICW 2019 brought together global policy makers and industry experts to share information on cybersecurity issues under the theme ‘Partnerships for Trust and Confidence’.
Events under the SICW umbrella included the ASEAN Ministerial Conference on Cybersecurity (AMCC), GovernmentWare (GovWare) exhibition and conference, ASEAN Cybercrime Prosecutors’ Roundtable Meeting, SICW Cybersecurity Lecture, the International Common Criteria Conference, and the 17th APCERT Conference and Annual General Meeting (AGM) 2019.
APNIC activities:
- At SICW 2019, Klée Aiken participated at several sessions, including the invitation-only Opening Plenary and SICW Cybersecurity Lecture, Women in Cyber, and the International Cyber Leaders’ Symposium.
- At the APCERT Conference and AGM 2019, Adli Wahid conducted a half-day Honeypot workshop to around 30 participants, assisted by TWCERT during the hands-on part of the workshop.
