APNIC participated at the 21st Pacific Network Operators Group meeting — PacNOG 21 — in Nuku’alofa, Tonga from 4 to 8 December 2017.
PacNOG 21 welcomed 60 attendees representing ISPs, academia, government and regulators from Samoa, Fiji, Vanuatu, Papua New Guinea, Federated States of Micronesia, Marshall Islands, Tokelau, Tuvalu, Kiribati, and Tonga.
APNIC activities
- Elly Tawhai gave an update on APNIC’s services and activities, including the ‘last-modified’ attribute and organization object implementations.
- Jessica Wei assisted Philip Smith with facilitating the Internet and IPv6 Infrastructure Security Workshop for 27 attendees. Klée Aiken also gave an IPv6 deployment update at the workshop.
- Elly took the opportunity to meet with APNIC Members to answer their membership and IP address queries.
