Adli Wahid elected to FIRST.org Board of Directors

APNIC is very pleased to announce the election of Security Specialist Adli Wahid as a member of the FIRST.org Board of Directors. He will serve a term of two years, and continue his role in FIRST’s outreach activities.

FIRST.org is an international not-for-profit organization that brings together a variety of security and incident response teams. It is widely regarded as one of the leading associations that provides the global response community with access to best practice tools, knowledge sharing and trusted communication.

Adli joined APNIC in Febuary 2014, bringing with him extensive experience and technical leadership in cyber security. He is APNIC’s security evangelist, spearheading security outreach, engagement, and collaboration with the regional community.
