APNIC will deliver a three-day Introduction to MPLS workshop, 27-29 April, in Bangalore.
The workshop is designed for network engineers in service providers or enterprises involved in the deployment of MPLS based services.
Topics covered will include:
– History of IP Routing and MPLS Evolution
– MPLS Basic concepts and standards
– MPLS Label Distribution Protocol
– IPv4 Layer 3 MPLS VPNs
– Layer 2 MPLS VPNs (theory)
– MPLS Traffic Engineering (theory)
Participants are encouraged to bring their laptops to practice the hands-on lessons learned using the APNIC virtual lab.
The workshop will be delivered by Srinath Beldona. Srinath has over 27 years of experience, gained from roles at Hughes Software Systems (now Aricent), Cisco Systems and Wipro Infotech Ltd. Srinath has completed a Bachelor of Physics and an Executive General Management Program.
