APNIC supported and participated in SANOG 41, held jointly with INNOG 7 in Mumbai, India from 25 to 30 April 2024.
This event, consisting of four days of workshops and a two-day conference, welcomed network operators, Internet service providers, and tech professionals to exchange insights, collaborate, and discuss topics including Internet infrastructure, security, and development. APNIC activities:
- APNIC Community Trainers Dibya Khatiwada and Sourav Satpathy conducted a four-day workshop on Network Management and Monitoring (NMM) to 28 participants.
- Vivek Nigam and Chimi Dorji hosted a booth welcoming several Members and answering their questions on APNIC membership, IP addresses, RPKI and DASH. They also visited APNIC Members, answering their membership and IP addressing questions.
- Chimi presented on the importance of registry data accuracy and the steps APNIC is taking to improve it.
- Adli Wahid participated in the SANOG CERT Meeting, which welcomed national CERTs from the South Asia region to share updates.
