APNIC participated in NANOG 84, held from 14 to 16 February 2022 in Austin, Texas.
The three-day conference featured presentations on topics such as DDoS, SDN, RPKI and routing, and included a keynote speech by Radia Perlman on ‘Do the wrong thing!‘ There was also a Hackathon held on 13 February with the theme ‘Giving back to open-source: Issue fixes’.
APNIC activities:
- Geoff Huston gave a presentation on ‘DNS Openness’, examining whether the Internet is truly open, using the DNS as a benchmark.
