APNIC participated in the Cyber Pacific Dialogue, held online from 17 to 20 November 2020.
Participants in the conference shared current activities and issues in their home economies, identified capacity-building needs, learned from peers and experts from within and outside of the region, and identified ways of bridging gaps between technical and policy communities on cybersecurity topics.
- Paul Wilson reported on the projects that the APNIC Foundation has conducted in Papua New Guinea (PNG), noting that in the last three years, APNIC, through the APNIC Foundation, has trained more than 250 people from 96 organizations in PNG and supported three community-led initiatives in PNG (CERT, IXP and NOG).
