Multiple options to reach APNIC Member Services Helpdesk

Recently APNIC added another option to its Helpdesk suite of contact details. APNIC Members and other community members can now use Skype to talk to one of our friendly Helpdesk staff in addition to:

  • Live chat
  • Email
  • Phone
  • VoIP
  • Fax

APNIC Helpdesk is open from 09:00-21:00 (UTC +10) Monday to Friday and offers multi-lingual support in Bahasa Indonesia, Bahasa Malaysia, Bengali, Cantonese, English, Filipino (Tagalog), Hindi, Japanese, Malay, Mandarin, Sinhalese, Tamil and Telegu.

If you need an update on the status of your request, have a question about getting more IP addresses, or would like to become an APNIC Member, please don’t hesitate to contact us at any time.
