APNIC participated in the Brunei CySec Conference 2024, held in Bandar Seri Begawan, Brunei Darussalam from 18 to 19 September 2024.
The event welcomed approximately 250 local and regional cybersecurity professionals to discuss, learn, and share strategies and advancements in cybersecurity. The overarching theme of the event was ‘Cyber Vigilance and Data Sovereignty: Shielding the Digital Horizon’. View the program for more information.
APNIC activities:
- Adli Wahid presented on ‘International CERTs/CSIRTs Collaboration’, highlighting the importance of collaboration and information sharing to build a more robust cybersecurity ecosystem.
- Adli conducted a half-day hands-on workshop on ‘Honeypots for Security Analysts and Researchers’. He also supported the half-day Tabletop Cybersecurity Exercise lead by Keisuke Kamata, Deputy Chief Operation Officer from the Information Sharing and Analysis Centre (ISAC).
