APNIC supported and participated in the ninth Pakistan School of Internet Governance (pkSIG 2023), held from 2 to 4 October 2023 in Gilgit, Pakistan.
The three-day event focused on governance topics of current interest, including Internet laws and policies, bridging the digital divide, cybersecurity and much more. View the agenda for more information.
APNIC activities:
- Paul Wilson gave his remarks by video at the ‘Introduction to I* Organizations’ session, noting the importance of Internet governance and the technical community’s role in its evolution.
- Pablo Hinojosa also participated in the same session, answering questions on IPv6.
