APNIC participated in CommunicAsia 2023, held as part of Asia Tech x Singapore, from 7 to 9 June 2023 in Singapore.
The three-day event welcomed 17,000+ visitors, hosted 1,000 exhibitors, and had 350+ speakers share their insights on the trends shaping the digital economy. The theme of CommunicAsia 2023 was ‘Capturing the Evolution of Connectivity in Asia’.
APNIC activities:
- APNIC staff hosted a booth, answering visitor questions on IP resources, APNIC membership, RPKI, IPv6 deployment, IPv4 transfers and historical resource claims.
- Karla Skarda moderated a panel session on ‘IPv6 success stories’ alongside Kam Sze Yeung and Muzamer Mohd Azalan.
- Shane Hermoso conducted an IPv6 deployment tutorial on 8 June for 10 participants.
