APNIC participated in inSIG 2021, held online from 19 to 21 November 2021.
inSIG aims to build a community of Internet governance professionals in India, and the broader South Asia region, to participate in global Internet governance processes. inSIG2021 welcomed 60+ participants, including 41 fellows.
APNIC activities:
- Sunny Chendi presented on the history of the Internet, how it works, and the APNIC Policy Development Process in the ‘Introduction to core Internet technologies’ session.
- Joyce Chen presented about APNIC and the APrIGF at the ‘Internet governance in the Asia Pacific region’ session.
