APNIC will deliver a three-day Network Security workshop from 23 to 25 September 2019 in Macau, with support from the University of Macau.

The workshop will examine key concepts, protocols and the policies involved in establishing and maintaining security for a network, and building an understanding and familiarity with its operation. It will also look at the nature and structure of network attacks and the motivation that drives such online malicious activity.
This workshop is suitable for network engineers, managers and operators, and security policy makers who are interested in network security and gaining an understanding of the threats they face and how to mitigate such threats.
