APNIC staff participated at the recent International Telecommunication Union (ITU) – ASEAN Forum on Over The Top (OTT) Services: Business and Regulatory Trends, held from 8 to 9 December 2015, in Phnom Penh, Cambodia.
Hosted by the Ministry of Posts and Telecommunications of Cambodia, the objective of the Forum was to provide a platform for ASEAN economies to exchange views on issues, challenges and opportunities with OTT services, while also sharing current and planned business practices, policy and regulatory initiatives.
APNIC activities included:
- Pablo Hinojosa gave a presentation on day one during the Special Session on Transitioning from IPv4 to IPv6 which covered the Internet of Things, Internet scalability and the need to adopt IPv6.
