    Dear Mohammad,

Thanks for your interest on our grants programs. We do not have grants to connect people (meaning we don’t cover access fees) but we do have a grant that allow organizations interested to deploy networks for specific purposes or populations to get a small grant to support deployment. The grants will open later this year, late October. In the meantime, please take a look to our website, http://www.isif.asia and check the grant section. The small grants are listed at the bottom of the http://www.isif.asia/grant page. You are welcome to explore the awards page and the right hand menus to get more information about the terms and conditions. Once you have checked the information, please do not hesitate to contact me for any additional questions.

    All the best,

    Sylvia
