Uta Meier-Hahn is a doctoral researcher at the Humboldt Institute for Internet and Society in Berlin. In her work she focusses on informal regulation of internet infrastructure with specific interest in internet interconnection arrangements. As academic editor for the institute's Internet Policy Review (http://policyreview.info), Uta contributes to establishing a hybrid form of publication at the crossroads of journalism and academia.
