The top three posts on the blog for 2017 in the security area were:

  1. Your questions answered about Mirai Botnet — Song Bing from netlab@360.cn answers some frequently asked questions about the infamous malware, Mirai.
  2. Why isn’t everyone using DNSSEC? — Given how critical DNS is to the Internet, it’s a mystery that much of the world is not prepared to implement DNSSEC. Nikolai Hampton tries to understand what’s holding it back and suggests ways to improve awareness.
