APNIC Members may be aware that the 2014 G20 Summit will be held in mid-November in Brisbane, where APNIC Secretariat is located. Brisbane City Council has declared 14 November as a public holiday because of the restrictions and expected disruption to local traffic.

To ensure APNIC’s service delivery is not affected by the G20 Summit restrictions, some APNIC staff will be working away from the office. The Helpdesk service will still be available to Members during its usual operating hours (09:00 – 21:00, UTC +10) on Friday 14 November. Around the clock service monitoring by on-call APNIC staff will be carried out as usual.

We expect no service disruption by the G20 Summit. However, if you have any questions or need any help during this time, our friendly Services staff can be reached via email, phone or online chat.
